Went for appointment in the morning, we were quite early so decided to take a sit at starbuck. Then i happened saw jol's mum, hehe we quickly ran after her to give her a shock.heheh my sister's idea wor.. haha crap a bit with ngiam then met up with jeff to do my upper body workout and chatting...then i found out about how PT get their pay, it's based on the amount of client they have and not on basic pay... hmm...think they really need the interest to take this job...
After gym met up with frens, watched some clips and slacked then headed home lo... *yawn.... (-__-)ZZzzz

Finish watching C.S.I it was a 2 hour special. I think that the C.S.I agent who got buried alive in a small plastic coffin with red ants biting him,crawling inside out and the pressure inside is really something.Thought that he would shoot himself cuz he was given a loaded gun and thinking that he would never be found.. It was the first time that i felt so gan jiong. lol.. If it was me, i'd probably gone kuku in the first place knowing that i'm in such an enclose area. I can't stand small spaces.. hahax
Anyway, today i went to polyclinic to have a check on my heart rate. I waited for about an hour sitting there was super boring. (-__-) When i got in i just told the doc that my heart rate was unusually fast, i haven't even finish my sentence and she just grab my hands and took my pulse.hahax, she also one gan jiong spider la.. She said" wow, its even fast right now ok, i think you have to go take a blood test. see u next week" that's it?she didn't say anything else, i waited so long and that was it... hahh.. hmm, think i have to wait till next week for my results. *sianzzzz

I waited for my sis to end her doc appointment for half a day..the docs are so slow causing my sis unable to acompany me. SO i have to go alone, it was kinda boring not because my sis wasn't here, but there were no familiar faces in the gym today. The only 3 person i know was not in, until i finish my workout then i saw one of them.... When i was about to bath, my sis reached somerset and i willingly waited for her to finish her workout. hahax i did not rot there for one hour k. I cycled for an hour while playing my hp games... Due to that my butt got numb. haha so pai seh can..=p

Tossed and turned the whole night... I feel that something was wrong, was is the bed? my pillows? or is it just something else? ? arhhh... I thought i would sleep until noon but i woke up at 9am, that's early for me during holidays. haha waited for dad to buy food, after rotting about few hours i went back to sleep again.. Later mum ask the girls out to Ikea, so we just went along thinking of eating the hotdogs selling in Ikea. haha then headed to Queensway shopping centre and we didn't buy anything!They think that the shopping centre stinks so left after wallking around for half an hour.... (-_-)" ...... We took the shuttle bus and end up at causeway point. Walk around the mall and manage to buy some T-shirts for sis. Whole shopping thingy last for less than 4hours(include waiting for the shuttle bus), its the most quick shopping spree i ever had we even went to 3 places..Amazing ba.. haha..

aHhh~ my legs and thighs are aching... this proves that i lack of exercise,i really need to workout more. sob... i've got no idea what happen to me today in gym, i could not lift the weights with my arms at all... *faints hmm... but the other day with Jeff i still did a few sets with that machine...weird isn't it? And today i forgot to bring my rubberband so i asked Little and he has it(not those red color bands) eh..a bit strange for a guy to have a rubberband on his wrist lei.. lolx
Went home to have dinner, after a couple of hours i drop dead on my bed. hehe

Today is my day! haha.. went to east coast with Rp crusaders. ( wan ting, Ding Dong,estella,Simon, yuki and sea monster) hehe..Thank God for the wonderful sharing and weather. hehe They choose to cycle, simon and i choose roller blade. hee just starting only, i'm already sweating haha have to admit i'm old le! =X i though i could not make it home alive when i see the distance they are going. lolx Luckily...i made it la, didn't fall down consider lucky le. hehe my legs are aching, die tml still have to go gym. lol
My sister made a super special cake for me, it looked like a fake but when i cut it, there was a kind of fragance. hah, in the end it was a few stack of beef cover with mashed potato. haha.. Very nice! =D Thanks again ah. =)

Almost late for my appointment today cuz i woke up quite late. hehehe. We did our warmups then meet my trainer,Jeff. I learnt on some new machines that will help to build my major muscles. Quite fun and also found out that my major muscles are weak lo. =p Jeff also buai tahan. haha.. He was also quite concern about my heart rate, keep asking me how i feel. hah..
I was left doing my brisk walking until i feel kinda dizzy. so i ended my workout... Now i'm feeling sick, headach and flu.. =( hope i'll feel better tomorrow cuz it will be my day and i'll going out to play with frens. =)

O happy day! hehe.. first must thank Liyi for the present...I really like it lo. thx thx. =D after meeting liyi, i went to seng shiong to buy some grocery. The bus i took there was super dirty, got many crockroaches. eeek! i even got one crawling on my feet.. *faints
Sinyi told me a super fantastic news! Shinhwa is coming to singapore to have their Brand New concert! Both of us has waited for so long, since Euphoria 2004. wooohooo!heez I need to find when they coming, then we going to chiong to airport lo. =D anyone interested? =p

Monday blues? ? ? nah.. this is the first time i'm not having monday blues. haha. this is good la.. Later going for my appointment with my sis to lose the weight. hehe..
I had my breakfast at Mac, then the most embarrasing thing happened.. I was trying to turn the sauage muffin around to eat the cheese then turn half way my muffin slipped off my hands, and it landed on the ground with a "puff" sound... There goes by breakfast! I only took a couple of bites lo.. so sad sia... At the end of the day after my gym, crapped a while with my trainer Ngiam then head to starbuck to try out the wireless. I did some weights and my arms are feeling weak.. =x
Going back to school for UT tomorrow. =(

"Ding dOng Ding DOng! wake up for sunday school lo!" my dad,walking alarm clock. (-_-)" ..... drag myself out of bed and got prepared for the day.. i had roti prata for breakfast, its super hard and i have to soak it in the fish curry. Not going to buy from the stall again, waste money!
Then in church a very cute aunt from choir gave me a pair of earring for my birthday. Thanks ar =D After sermon went for lunch with parents and jolene at a coffeeshop near yishun bus interchange. Then headed to ah gong's place to chat/gossip with my aunts and uncles. My ah gong is getting old, he keep asking how my children did my aunt gave birth to. And she played along, telling him that she had 4 sons and 1 daughter. haha actually she only has 1 son 1 daughter. Ah gong really believes her, he keep smiling and praise her for giving birth to so many kids. haha..

Lazy Saturday....woke up eat breakfast, rot for one hour plus then sleep again.. haha typical Pig's lifestyle. =p went to church for choir, sing until half way and start to cough like siao. haha. embrassing lo. =x
Monday is my last day of school! yeah..can go to gym early in the morning then go home sleep. this is going to be good. hehehe.. I already got the week's program planned... haha..
hmm, i was wondering if my trainer is going to Novena's branch when i transfer over... i dont want to change my trainer later kena one super big size giant then really suay le..

Another slack slack day. haha.. i'm liking this.heez Went to California Fitness (CF) earlier since i'm home... Did our warmups and stuff then i saw a few aunties about 40 years old dancing at the third floor of CF. They were wearing sports bra dancing Salsa Jam. Super pro lo. Very impressed with their moves. =D realli hope that i have a partner to join the class with. Then we saw our trainers ( Ngiam, Jeff and Stella) later in the noon.
I'm enjoying these workouts! =D

i want holiday holiday holiday! haha.. today super slack.. Watched "SEe no Evil" with sinyi, while eating my muffin.. so disgusted lo.. The big guy keep going round digging people's eyes. Pui.spoilt my appetite.. Dont understand why people like to watch such disgusting show in the cinema and eating their nachos.. Pro.. haha..
We also watch chinese movie " Long Hu Men".. typical chinese kongFu movie, the main actors all quite macho..nice ...heeez. Even if storyline not good, at least got good looking actors to see... =p

Went for my appointment at California Fitness Centre with my da jie.hee wonder what things will turn out, and who will be my trainer. haha my trainer turn out to be a guy(jeff)! i thought it will be a female trainer. anyway, he looks cute kinda cool.. too bad he's shorter than me. haha.. i think he's about 162cm tall.. We went for another body analysis then he was quite shock because my pulse per minute is 120. haha.. he tot i had pills ,caffine or the machine is damage. haha.. his expression was classic man. lol
Then we went around the gym, he introduced the machines to me, teaching me the correct ways to use it. Later the funny thing happened. Jeff put me on the trackmill, setting the heart rate to 131 per min so that if my heart rate reaches 131, the speed will reduce. I placed my hands on the handle and the machine reads my heart rate at 138.haha.. STunner lo.. Jeff alsO stun, he kept asking if i'm ok.. he scares i'll collapse if my heart rate goes to fast. haha
Friday will go again and meeting Jeff on wednesday for personal training. =D

Today's my self-declared holiday.Slack the whole day.. hehe i've got enough attendance so...pon la. haha.. Slept until noon time when the stupid thunder wake me up.. wasted sia, such a good weather to cuddle under my blanket. hee
I'll be starting my weight losing program from tomorrow at California Fitness Centre with my sis.. Waited for so long finally Wednesday has arrived. =D

"Second blog? hahahaha think this time you will only last more than a week!" this is what my sis said. Hope that this will last slightly longer than my previous blog, if not its really paiseh..hehe.. I forgot my username and password for my previous blog after using for only a week.lol. Somehow i will lose interests in many things very quickly, like some games i was introduced to by my frens. My sister gave up hope on me =X
Yesterday i went to meet my friend and gave me two Chi-na pillows. Got some problem posting the picture.i'll try to post the picture again, it looks like only Ah ma will buy. haa.
